When features powered by Levelsonic AI are enabled in your domain, we use metadata related to your domain’s use of Levelsonic to train machine learning models. Depending on the model and the feature, these machine learning models power features in your domain and other Levelsonic domains.

When features powered by AI Partners are enabled in your domain, we leverage third-party LLM service providers. Our third-party LLM service providers do not use customer data to train their models.

Public forums: Levelsonic's public forums, like the Levelsonic community forum, allow you to upload and post comments or feedback publicly with other users. Information submitted through such public forums is not confidential, and Levelsonic may use it for various purposes, including testimonials or other marketing materials. Information posted openly in these ways will be available to the public and potentially accessible through third-party search engines. When you input personal information such as a credit card number on our website or through our App, we employ secure socket layer technology (SSL) to encrypt that information. For online purchases with credit cards, your credit card number is received in encrypted form, and it is transferred to our credit card processor, Stripe, for processing. Our staff does not have access to this information, and we do not retain PIN data or 3-digit security codes.
